At Beyond Crafts, each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We take pride in the uniqueness of our creations and want every customer to love what they receive.
This Refund & Return Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Because our products are handmade and made-to-order, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

You received the wrong item
The item arrived damaged or defective

To be eligible for a return:

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

Custom-tailored or personalized orders (as these are made specifically for you)
Items that show signs of use or damage after delivery

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Please email info@beyondcrafts.co within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Our team will review your case and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your item.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
You will receive a confirmation once the refund is processed.

Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

5. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items.
If you’d like a replacement for a damaged item, please follow the steps outlined above under “Damaged or Incorrect Items.”

6. Cancellations

Because our pieces are handcrafted and often made-to-order, order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
After production begins, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
